In this class the teacher calls out the postures and the vinyasa counting in Sanskrit. All student work synchronised In the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. This is a guided class with a rhythmic flow, where you will feel the powerful effect of yoga on both the body and the mind.
A one-on-one practice in a group class setting. Students practice their own portion of the Ashtanga sequence at their own pace assisted by the teacher. Over time the student develops an independent practice. We recommend students to practice Mysore minimum three times a week. Mysore practice is for everyone!
A guided class doing the set sequence of Ashtanga yoga. The teacher adjust the class intensity to the level of the students. The class includes postures, breathing and mantras. This ashtanga practice is strengthening, toning and cleansing the muscles, joints and internal organs.
This class is suitable for students new to yoga or to the Ashtanga yoga method. An introduction to sun salutations, standing sequence and a few seated postures. Focusing on improving the breathing as well as heightened ability of concentration. We end the class finishing with a long, deep relaxation.
